How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by project, but we’re quick and efficient!

We’ll need to know what you’re aiming for, who your audience is, and any styles or vibes you like. Got existing designs, color schemes, or mood boards, even better. Nothing is too much, the more you share, the better we can tailor the design to your style.
How many times can I tweak the design?
We’re all about getting it right and always encourage feedback.
There isn’t a hard and fast number on revisional rounds but we will let you know if we start to creep outside the quoted range.
Can you work with my existing brand look?
For sure, we can stick to your current brand guidelines or give your designs a fresh twist.

What kind of files will I get at the end?
You’ll get everything you need to show off your new design.
We provide vector files (.AI, .EPS), high-res images (.PNG, .JPG), and print-ready PDFs.

Do you handle printing too?
You could assume that we handle production by having a name like ‘The Factory’ but we just handle the design side of things.
We’ve got local printing pals who can bring your designs to life. They’ll handle the printing process for you, making sure everything looks just as amazing in print as it does on your screen.
